Refund policy
We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. As each order is custom made to the specific item, color, size, and area code, customers will be responsible for covering return shipping costs on ALL size exchanges and returns, as well as a 50% restocking fee (50% of the original item price, prior to any applied discounts or gift cards) per item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Final sale / non-returnable items
All non-apparel items are final sale. All limited drop items are final sale. All apparel items containing an area code is final sale. As each item is customized upon receiving order specifications, these items are ineligible for cancellation or return. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly for a return procedures. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us at team@representthecode.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Size exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. In order for an item to be exchanged for a different size, it must be in the same packaging, unworn, and unwashed when it is returned. Our team will inspect the item upon return to ensure that each item will exchangeable.

Order Cancellations
As we customize every item to the specific order (garment, design, size, area code, color) we often produce items shortly after receiving the order. Because of this, we do not accept order cancellations after the order has been placed. If changes to the item are needed, please ensure to email our team as soon as possible.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
